Since most of our suppliers are from Alibaba and other major online marketplaces, our policy is designed to align with their terms while protecting both our customers and our business.

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified for certain items).
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Digital products (downloads, software, AI-generated content).
  • Personalized/custom-made items.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

2. REFUND PROCESS

  2. Approval & Return Instructions:
    • If eligible, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

  3. Inspection & Refund:
    • Once received, we inspect the product (takes 3–5 business days).
    • If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Amounts:
  • Full refunds for defective/wrong items.
  • Partial refunds (restocking fee may apply) if items are opened/used.
  • No refunds for non-returnable items (see Section 1).

3. EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers must follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement.

4. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

5. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER TERMS (ALIBABA, ETC.)

  • Some suppliers have stricter return policies (e.g., no returns for bulk orders).
  • If a supplier denies a return, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
  • Shipping costs for international returns (e.g., to China) may be non-refundable.

6. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
  • Contact us immediately via email/phone.

7. NON-DELIVERIES (LOST IN TRANSIT)

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive the package, file a claim with the shipping carrier first.
  • We assist with investigations but do not refund lost packages until resolved by the carrier.
